Valentine's Day Weekend Getaway
February 12-14
Take the time be with you sweetheart as you spend an intimate weekend at The Spencer Hotel and Spa. Allow the scents of a gourmet breakfast to wake you each morning and later unwind with our Spencer Renewal massage, one per person.
$495 per couple. Price includes a two night stay, massages, and breakfast each morning.
For an additional charge wine, cheese and cracker platter, and a dinner voucher for an area restaurant are available.
Super Bowl Party Weekend
February 6-7
Come watch the Super Bowl at The Spencer on our 100+ inch Projector screen. Get your ticket now! Football Trivia, Best Cheer Competition, Score Square Pool, Appetizers, Breakfast, and Dinner await you on this weekend of competition. Get your game face on for this one of a kind Super Bowl weekend. Price includes admission ticket, gourmet breakfast, game time hors d'ouvres, and Dinner Saturday night.

The Spencer has commited to "Going Green" and in the spirit of this we have dedicated a package to Earth Day. Come celebrate Earth Day with us. Mardi Gras Masquerade
March 12-16th
Come celebrate Fat Tuesday here at The Spencer Hotel. Choose any two nights between March 12th and March 16th to stay. Gourmet Breakfast, Masquerade Cocktail hour, and a Dinner voucher local area restarurant are included in the package price. Dinner will be availble on-site with New Orlean's Cuisine if a group of 12 or more couples is attending.

2010 Winter Olympics
February 11-13th

Dinner, Wine, and Murder Package
February 19-21, March 13-15, April 9-11
Gather up a group of suspects and let The Spencer put together a suspenseful murder mystery weekend. Come take on a character and then try to clear your good name over "dinner, wine, and murder." This price includes a weekend stay with two gourmet breakfasts, a cocktail hour, a gourmet dinner, and a ticket to the mystery on Saturday evening. Bring your nearest and dearest.

Beading Workshop
Beads are the perfect jewel.

Learn the art of beading in this two day workshop. On day one learn to make a lovely wire bracelet using the beads of your choice. Once your creation is complete, come back to the Spencer for a relaxing evening. Day two you awaken to our signature gourmet breakfast to prepare for learning how to make basic earrings. This course will teach you the techniques for earrings, pendants and charms. Leave the hotel ready to pursue your passion in jewelry making.

Register for the Spencer's Magical 'Gift-Making Weekend Away and you will understand the pleasure of gift giving like never before. From the moment you check-in you will see the Spencer Hotel transform into Santa's Workshop. Your adventure begins with a "Santa's Helpers" meet and Great Reception on Friday, where you have an opportunity to meet your instructors, review the "Gift Options" " that you selected prior to your arrival and receive your personal "Elf" apron, as you begin the weekend with "The Joy of Baking Cookies" workshop, Learn how prepare traditional receipts and make baked gifts unique with icings, designs and packaging selections from tins, boxes, and gift wrapping ideas that are out of this world.Saturday morning begins with our "Breakfast In Bed Workshop" as we learn about the ways of making the simplest of breakfasts unforgettable. This class is really fun because you get to eat your creation as you prepare for a full day of gift making. Guests will work independently in a selection of "Gift Themed Workshops" throughout the day. A lunch buffet will be served from 12 noon - 1;30 and the days workshops will close with a "Chautauqua Regional Wine & Cheese Pairing Workshop" in the parlor room. Welcome to the Spencer Hotel! Upon your arrival a special Easter basket awaits you in your room. For this unique egg hunt you’re the kid again, looking under rocks, the hotel grounds and along the trail to the Ampitheatre for your treats. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and when your basket is filled head back to the hotel for a relaxing, light supper of country quiche, strawberry iced tea and a special dessert. On Easter morning, head to one of the many local churches for Easter Sunday services and back to the hotel for Easter brunch. Be sure to take home your baskets filled with your treasure and treats!
